Phone Number is not authorized receive a code
If you get error “The Phone number is not authorized to receive a code. Th mobile number has been used to create multiple accounts” then you need to visit NTSA office in upper hill with your original ID and same phone number for help. That is the only solution.
Phone Number does not Exist or Is Not Registered
To register Your Phone Number with TIMS just dial *100*5*4*1# for prepaid and *200*5*4*1#. Or send an SMS to 22847 with the word NTSA and subscribe (Subscriptions sms alerts are free).
Doing so should register your Phone Number.
Not Receiving Security SMS CODE
Make sure you have registered your phone number using the procedure provided above then try resetting your password. After resetting your password, then go back and enter the login details and click Get Code to Receive the code.
If you are still not receiving your security Code after resetting your password then please try changing your browser. If you were using Chrome try Mozilla Firefox. Or Clear browser cache.
PIN and ID serial number do not match
If you are getting an error that your serial number or KRA pin does not exist or do not match then you might have replaced or changed your ID. Replacing Your ID leads to change of your serial number.
Try using the old ID’s serial number. If that does not work, the only remaining solution is to visit NTSA Upper Hill office Counter 4 or 3 so that they can update your serial number.
If you cannot travel to their headquarters in Upper Hill, then you can visit any nearest NTSA Office in your county among those listed below to get help.
