Below is an attached list of students who have not been placed by KUCCPS after the revision of courses. The students are encouraged to do the second revision of courses.

UPDATE: We have removed the pdf attachment below because it is not for this year. To check whether you have been placed or not, use the procedure provided on this page.

KUCCPS revision of courses and placement

KUCCPS has completed the first processing of students who applied for Degree, Diploma, Certificate, and Artisan choices for this year’s placement process.

Thousands of students have not been placed.

Second Revision of Courses Dates

If you happen to be among those who have not been placed visit: KUCCPS student portal and apply for your courses online.

Where have I been placed?

You can confirm whether you have been placed or not through kuccps portal or using the list provided above. However, you will not be able to see the course of placement.

Once the second revision of courses is done, all students will be notified of which university and course they have been selected to do.

How To Check University Placement After Second Revision

To Check which course or university you have been placed to after the second revision is completed use this procedure:

  • Go to: http://students.kuccps.net/
  • Log in as follows;
  • Username: (Use your full Index Number)
  • Year: (2020)
  • Password: (Use your Birth Certificate Number)
  • You will be able to see which University you have been placed in the portal as shown in the image below

NOTE 1: You will also receive an SMS of the university you have been placed after the second revision is completed.

NOTE 2: Details of the course and university you have been placed after the first revision will be available in the kuccps portal after the second revision.

    I did mine during the second revision and it was successful, days later kuccps sends a message saying that “I have to revise it again!” but when I go for the choices I made they say that “This programme does not exist or is not in offer”. I have no more choices left. What is the problem…?

      Applicants who were unable to get the courses of their choice in the institutions they preferred were placed in similar courses in alternative institutions and in programmes that did not attract at least a reasonable percentage of students. The choice was between not placing you at all or placing you at the alternative available programme.

    Hello.i got a B+.i was not placed during the first application. I applied for the second placement but the courses i applied were indicating out-of offer but still the process was successful.Please help to know whether the application was correct or should i apply again.       Hello, you might want to redo the whole process and apply for available courses. Add to your basket only available courses. Out of offer courses are not available for second revision as they have bee filled up.

    Hi, my sister applied for the first revision on 23rd February 2019. She wasn’t placed even after she qualified by meeting all minimum requirements. We physically came to your headquarters and you told us to apply again, which we did. AGAIN she hasn’t been placed which if you ask me is quite frustrating since we wasted both time and money. How do we go about this issue?

      There is nothing like that. Admission letters will only be available after those who are doing second revision have been placed.

      Hello, kindly select a course that you meet its cluster points. Once you select a course you will be able to see whether you meet its cluster points or not. Be sure to do second revision before the deadline lapses.

    This is not fair u i have worked hard 4yrs gotten a strong B plain 65 points then qualified for pharmacy but thrown out of the course to 2nd selection which are not good not my courses why ANSWER ME !!!

      This happens when the course you selected is so competitive and there were no available spaces to fit all of you who selected it. You can do second revision before lapse of the deadline.
