How to Replace KCSE and KCPE Certificate via QMIS

Below is the procedure of how to replace lost KCSE or KCPE certificate;

  • Go to QMIS knec portal: https://qmis.knec.ac.ke
  • Register for an account and log in
  • Select Lost Certificate Tab
  • Enter Your KCSE or KCPE Index number
  • Select Exam
  • Select the Year you did your examinations
  • Click Find
  • Your KCSE Name should appear
  • Then attach the required documents and submit request

It will take some time before your  request is reviewed and confirmed. Click status tab to see the progress of your submission.

    Am applying for Kenya police and I have lost kcpe certificate and result slip which is one needed as requirement in replacement that certificate, can I replace that can certificate without it?

    I applied for verification of my kcpe certificate in order to get my tsc number on Monday and the documents were picked at the gate due to the corona pandemic…how sure am I that the verification will reach my employer

    Am Terry Vuhungi Okumbe I visited south C offices in August,2019 and presented the required documents for a lost kcpe certificate confirmation, I was then asked to scan and send them Headteachers letter and a copy of the page I signed when I collected the certificate in my primary school,Iwas then advised to pay postage fee to G4S for posting the confirmation to Matete TSC subcounty office.I did all the above but to date the confirmation has not reached office.

      Visit KNEC offices in South B and apply for Verification of Results Certificate. It will be sent to your employer. You won’t be given.
