How to check KCSE 2023 results online via results.knec.ac.ke
To check your examination results online on results.knec.ac.ke follow the procedure below;
- Visit https://results.knec.ac.ke
- Enter your index number and name
- Click View results
- Your results will be displayed
School principals can also check results for the whole school online by logging in to the KNEC portal (https://www.knec-portal.ac.ke) using the school login details. The results for the entire school are however not be posted the same day they are released on the KNEC portal.
Alternatively, school principals can visit sub-county education offices and collect KCSE results for all candidates in print form.
KCSE 2023 Performance stats
Students who attained the minimum university entry grade (C+ and above) were 201,133 (22.27%) after the application of the new grading system.
Of the 899,453 candidates who did the 2023 KCSE examination, 450,554 were male, while 448,899 were female.
KNEC says that it has opened a window for previous and current 8-4-4 students to address any pending KCSE exam issues. KNEC has also promised to handle all 2023 KCSE queries in 30 days.
