For those who have an ID waiting card and are wondering how they can apply for HELB. Here is the way;
Visit the NSSF building 7th floor with a copy of your waiting card and ksh. 300 where the National Registration Bureau offices are located. Tell them that you have a waiting card and you need an ID number to apply for HELB. They will guide you on what to do and eventually give you your ID number at a fee.
UPDATE: You cannot apply for HELB if you are not over 18 years. Therefore do not waste your time looking for means of applying if you are below 18 years.
