If you are using Equity Bank's Eazzy banking mobile app and you are getting "validation failed" error then it could be an issue to do with update or cache.
Solution 1: Uninstall the app and install the latest version
Solution 2: Clear App cache via the app settings in your phone
Alternative option: Uninstall the Eazzy Banking App and install Equity Mobile. They perform the same function but Equity Mobile is a modern version.
