How do I change KRA iTax portal account email address myself?

do i have to visit kra offices to change my email or i can do it with my computer?

No, you cannot.  To change KRA itax portal account email address, scan your original ID (both sides) and send it to KRA support email callcentre@kra.go.ke. Remember to indicate your current email address plus your profession for KRA to initiate the email change.
