How do change KRA itax portal email account?

I have forgotten my email's login password and I need to change it?

To change your KRA iTax portal account email, scan your ID and send it to callcentre@kra.go.ke. Then indicate the valid email that you want to use or change to. If you are able to login into your Itax portal account, then go to registration tab and amend pin details
