China Square is a registered company in Kenya under the name China Square Limited. It was registered on 19th August 2022.  

The directors of China Square are Mr. Lei Cheng of Chinese origin who has a 1% share while Fujian Festar Holding Ltd has 99% shares. 

It is not clear who owns Fujian Festar Holding Ltd which has the 99% shares
