How can Tanzania citizens apply for Kenya driving license?

I need a DL in Kenya but I am Tanzanian citizens who lives in Kenya with only a passport. I already have Tanzania DL.

To apply for Kenyan Driving License (DL) as a Tanzanian citizen, you need to have an Alien ID and then enroll in any Kenyan Driving School for endorsement if you previously had a driving license issued in TZ.

Issuance of Foreign Nationals Certificate (Alien Card) is done by the Immigration department, not NTSA.
