Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM), in partnership with Unilever in East Africa, has today launched a Business Growth Program for Small and medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
The program seeks to equip small business owners with the necessary knowledge and skills. It aims to assist SMEs in implementing sustainable Business Growth Plans.
KAM says that the program shall offer guidance on how small businesses can leverage technology solutions such as digital marketing, e-commerce, cloud computing, and automation to streamline operation and improve efficiency.
Unilever has also promised to help SMEs in creating a market. This involves sourcing, buying, resources, etc.
KAM SME Hub Chair, Ciiru Waweru noted that “The Business Growth Program is specifically designed to tackle the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises. It provides essential tools and resources, along with networking opportunities, to foster business growth.”
