What Happened?

One of the injured students in hospital indicated that when they were released to go home, one of them who was leading as they ran down the building’s staircase tried to block them. They then pushed her and she tumbled down the stairs leading to a spiral tumble of the rest behind her.  The chaos and screaming worsened the situation as it created panic.

He further added that such blocking and pushing when they are released normally occurs but no one has ever fell or been injured.
