Hormones have profound effects on your mental, physical and emotional health. They play a major role in controlling your appetite, weight among other things. The endocrine system produces the precise amount of each hormone needed for various processes. However, hormonal imbalances have become increasingly common with today’s fast paced modern lifestyle.

Certain hormones also decline with age.

Below is a list of foods that should be part of your diet to prevent hormonal imbalance;

  • Proteins (Fish, dairy products)
