To use KCB Mpesa, you must first activate your KCB Mpesa account. Go to M-Pesa menu and select Loans and Savings then click KCB-MPESA and activate. Check your KCB Mpesa loan limit, if it is 0.00 then start saving with KCB MPesa to increase your loan limit.
