How do apply for a birth cerificate if i am an orphan?

I am above 18yrs and don't have either of the parents?

my parents never applied for a birth certificate for me since my birth, now they are now deceased. cant see their ID cards

To apply for a birth certificate if you do not have parents (orphan), then visit Civil Registration Department offices near your area with a copy of your parent's death certificates and your national ID.

You will be guided and provided with forms to fill.
