Do second class lower  degree get employment as TSC teachers (education arts)

Yes, they do. All that TSC requires is that you have a Bachelor of Education certificate or Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science certificate with a post-graduate diploma in education (PGDE). However, TSC has restrictions on the Bachelor of Arts courses that are allowed for TSC teacher registration.
