All the people required to sign HELB loan application form are indicated in the Undergraduate first time loan application form that you downloaded. But just to list them, they include;

  • Loan Applicant (student applying for helb loan)
  • Parent or Guardian
  • Priest or Kadhi
  • Chief or Assistant Chief
  • Commissioner of Oaths or Magistrate
  • Guarantors
  • Bank Official
