what can i do if my transfer application is rejected

I was placed at Kenya industrial training institute but I made transfer to technical university of mombasa for another course yet my request was declined what can I do because I paid for it because I still don't know what  to is there any option after rejection

You can request to apply for another transfer but you should know why your initial transfer was rejected so that it won't be rejected again.
