How do i get my admission letter after i deffered and want to join this year

I deferred last year and i have been trying to get my admission letter online because I want to join but I can't find it
related to an answer for: How do I download Maseno University 2020/2021 admission letter?

Every year, the admission letter download portal is updated with admission letters for new students. You need to contact your University so that they can issue you with admission letter.

I am curious to know why you decided to defer before receiving your admission letter?
