Which students are supposed to apply for HELB TVET Loan?

If I am doing a diploma course in University, should i apply for TVET or undergraduate course.

HELB TVET loan is meant for students who have been admitted to persue certificate, diploma or higher diploma courses approved by the ministry of education in Kenya.

On the other hand, undergraduate Loans are meant for students persuing degree related courses.
