is the change of helb contact possible

You cannot change your HELB loan contacts (phone number or email) by editing your profile. You need to contact HELB loan and ask them to change your contact details.

You can reach HELB for profile amendments through email: contactcentre@helb.co.ke or visit any Huduma Centre (HELB desk).
