Can I send money from my mpesa account to my pochi la biashara account?

I am unable to transfer money from my mpesa to my pochi LA biashara

Pochi La Biashara is a business account that you create on your personal number so that your customers can pay using Mpesa.

UPDATED: To move money from mpesa to your pochi la biashara, dial *334#, select option  8 (pochi la biashara) then click on option 5, and then option 1 or 2.

Alternatively, use another mpesa account to transfer money to your pochi la biashara account.

Can you guys do anything to allow that service sometimes pochi doesn't work from different customers numbers and end up sending money onto MPESA account which is not the goal.

Actually you can. Dial *334#, select option 8(pochi la biashara) then click on option 2(withdraw funds) and select 3(withdraw from my Mpesa to pochi la biashara)

Dial *334#, select option 8(pochi la biashara) then click on option 2(withdraw funds) and select option 3(withdraw from my Mpesa to pochi la biashara).Enter amount, then proceed to enter your Mpesa pin.

currently to move money from your m-pesa to your pochi la biashara is dialing *334#, select option  8(pochi la biashara) then click on option 5 and then option 1 or 2 depending whether you want to move from your pochi to your m-pesa or from your m-pesa to your pochi
