How do I replace KNEC certificate that got burnt in school?

my certificate got burned in my school I don’t even have Print-out I have recommendation from the school even the school don’t have Print-out what can I do

Application for replacement of lost KCSE or KCPE certificates is done online through KNEC QMIS portal. However, with your case, just make your application online by submitting the required documents;

• Recommendation Letter from the School Attended
• Copy of National ID
• Color Passport Size Photo
• Affidavit (get it from any court near you)
• Police abstract

After making your application, visit KNEC headquarters in South C and explain your case. Otherwise, you will make your application via QMIS and it will be on pending status forever.
