How do I change HELB registration phone number?

I need to change the phone number that I used during HELB loan registration, how can I go about this?

There is not option in the HELB mobile app or student portal for changing the phone number you used during HELB registration. You will need to contact HELB through 0711052000 or contactcentre@helb.co.ke to have your mobile phone number amended.
