I lost my form 4 certificate, how do I replace it?

Anyone here who can guide me on how to replace my lost form four certificate

Replacement of lost KNEC certificate is done online. We have provided a guide on how to replace KCSE or KCPE certificate online via QMIS portal.

However, if you want it to be replaced faster, make your application online using the procedure provided above. Then go in person to KNEC South C offices with your passport photo, letter from your high school, police abstract and with about ksh. 6000.

It takes about 3 months for the certificate to be ready.  If you applied online and it has been more than 90 days, then visit KNEC offices as provided above.
