A customer cannot reverse or cancel any transaction made to pay with equity till. However, the business owner can reverse the transaction and by so doing refund money to the customer.

Equity Bank can also reverse a transaction and refund money to the customer if he or she makes a formal complaint to Equity Bank and wins the dispute.
