To get NTSA PSV driving license endorsement, you need to enroll to a driving school and take a course in the class that you need endorsement.

To apply for endorsement via NTSA TIMS portal after enrolling in your class

• Login to the TIMS portal
• Then click Driving License
• Click Driving Class endorsement
• Then apply for endorsement via NTSA TIMS portal.
• You will be required to pay endorsement fee of ksh. 550

Note: You must pass driving test for endorsement to go through successfully.
