What does eCitizen good conduct status CLARIFICATION mean?

I made an application for Certificate of Good Conducts on ecitizen and my status reads CLARIFICATION even after taking fingerprints

If you applied for Certificate of Good conduct and took your fingerprints and your status is CLARIFICATION instead of PROCESSING then it means your finger prints were mot captured properly. You need to go back to your appointment location and repeat fingerprint taking.

How long will it take for the good conduct to come out after taking the fingerprints again due to to fingerprints not taken correctly?
