Mpesa statement that for more than one year can only be obtained from Safaricom shop. Visit any Safaricom shop near you with your original national ID to have the mpesa statement generated.

For statements less than a year, dial USSD *334#>select My Accout > Mpesa Statement >Request statement >Full Statement > then select the period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, this year or last 12 months).
