How do i cancel an unintended NTSA application with status 'Pending submission'?

Am trying to do a motor vehicle transfer in ntsa portal but it shows i have a pending application on the same vehicle for deregistration whose status is 'Pending submission'. How can i cancel this deregistration application to be able to go ahead with the transfer.  Thanks.

If you need your issue to be addressed quickly then visit NTSA office in Upper Hill and request for cancellation of the application.

Another option is to send a message explaining your problem and your ID to info@ntsa.go.ke  or call 0709932000.
