I missed my Smart DL NTSA appointment, what happens?

I failed to report on 19 march 2021 at Eldoret huduma center for Biometric and signature, is it a must for me to book again for arrival time? Or I will just come for the service?

If you missed your appointment, then book another appointment date with Huduma Center and go get your Biometric taken. That is all.

There is now way you can book another date via NTSA TIMS. But so long as you have Huduma Center appointment then they will not refuse to take your Biometrics.
