program error and course is not of offer

concerning the second revision on kuccps after entering the codes it displays the program doesnt exist or is not of offer, kindly advise

If the course is not available for application then it means there are no spaces available. You will be required to find another course from those that are available and apply.

Competitive courses get more applications than the spaces available for admission.
