How do I block promotion messages from Safaricom

I do not want to receive any promotion message from safaricom, how do i block them

To stop promotion messages from Safaricom dial 456#, select stop, then Marketing Messages and then Stop All promo messages.

You can as well choose to select which specific promo messages you want to block to avoid missing important promotional messages.
