In December 2023, Sasahost LLP announced that it had been acquired by HOSTAFRICA. We recently received an update from SasaHost informing us that they have started migrating to HostAfrica. Below, is part of the update.
Sasahost migration to HOSTAFRICA
We are writing to inform you that following the acquisition of SASAHOST by HOSTAFRICA last year, we will be migrating your client account onto the platform of HOSTAFRICA on 27 January 2024.
Please note that you will not experience any downtime or changes to your products and services, and you will receive an email once the migration has been completed.
The SASAHOST website will remain and will be updated with a fresh product set. Your client area address will however change to: https://my.hostafrica.com/login
Your login access details for your client area will remain the same.
The SASAHOST and HOSTAFRICA support teams will be combined, which will give you a greater support experience. Support hours will also be extended.
The new support email address will be support@hostafrica.com.
Billing Changes
Starting from 1 February 2024, we will be generating and sending invoices to you 11 days prior to the due date. Additionally, we will be sending payment reminders 6 days prior to the due date to ensure that you have sufficient time to make your payment.
A small value-added tax (VAT) configuration change will be made. During this change, your product and services amount will change from being the exclusive of VAT amount to the inclusive of VAT amount. Please note, you would not be invoiced more than before, it is merely a change in the amount you see on the invoice or when you place new orders. The total on your invoice remains unchanged.
