KNEC has announced that applications are open for the recruitment of KCSE assessors for oral and practical papers. The recruitment exercise is set to take place between June 6th and July 28th, 2023.
KNEC will recruit secondary school teachers and college tutors as assessors for the following examination papers; Power Mechanics, Electricity, Aviation Technology, French Oral, Arabic Oral, Kenya Sign Language Sign Practical, and Music Practical.
Requirements of application for KCSE assessors job
Teachers who want to be recruited as KNEC assessors must meet the following requirements
- Must be a teacher in the relevant subject.
- Must be either a TSC teacher or a tutor from a recognized body
- Applicant must possess a minimum of a Diploma qualification and should have at least three years of teaching experience.
- Applicants must be recommended by the head of their institution
- Applicants must be below 50 years of age.
How to apply
To submit an application, interested teachers can visit the recruitment website https://examinersapp.knec.ac.ke, then log in or create an account. If you have a cp2 account, you can log in using the same details (username and password).
Teachers and tutors who are already registered in the KNEC database of assessors do not need to apply again.
