The new Nairobi County epayment method was introduced in June 2019 after its contract with JamboPay that was facilitating revenue collection expired. You can now pay through short code  *235# for;

• business permits renewals
• Land rates
• Rent
• Adverts
• EConstruction

How to pay for Nairobi County parking through *235#

Follow this procedure:

1. Dial *235# on your mobile phone
2. Select what you are paying for
3. For Parking select whether it is daily, seasonal , off street or penalties
4. Enter your Number Plate
5. Enter Zone (CBD, Westlands, Ngara e.t.c)
6. Select type of vehicle  (Bus, Canter, Lorry, Minibus, Motorbike, pickup, private, taxi, tuktuk e.t.c)
7. You will see your parking fees
8. Click send and wait for your request to be processed

How to pay Nairobi County Business Permit Renewal through *235#

• Follow this procedure:
• Select Business Permit
• Select Check status or pay
• Enter Business ID
• Select year
• Then proceed to payment

Use the same procedure for other bills payment
