Kiambu County Jubilee party nominations results: Primaries Winners and Losers Aspirants

Kiambu County Jubilee party primaries, Friday 21st April  2017: The Jubilee party nominations went down in Kiambu County on Friday. The Most hotly contested seat in the Kiambu primaries was  that of  Governor position. The candidates to beat in this position were incumbent governor Hon. William Kabogo Gitau  and  Kabete MP Ferdinand Waititu.

 

Kiambu County  is a voting stronghold of President Uhuru Kenyatta according to the  2013 presidential elections results  where he received over 90% of the total votes against his closest competitor Raila Odinga.

• Waititu: 353604 votes (winner)
• Kabogo: 69916 votes

N/B: Kabogo has conceded defeat before all the poll results are released.
