• Visit help portal website: https://portal.helb.co.ke
• Click on Online Services Tab>Then Online Payment
• Fill your personal information and the Click Pay
• Fill in your credit card details

Please allow up to three (3) days to update your loan account. Loan statements can be accessed from www.helb.co.ke or send an e-mail request quoting your national ID number to: recovery_enquiry@helb.co.ke
