2015 bake blog award list has been released. 90 Kenyan blogs have been nominated under 19 different categories (Best Technology Blog, Best Photography Blog, Best Creative Writing Blog, Best Business Blog, Best Food Blog, Best Environmental/Agricultural Blog, Best Fashion/Beauty/Hair/Style Blog, Best Politics Blog, Best New Blog, Best Corporate Blog, Best Sports Blog, Best Entertainment/Lifestyle Blog, Best Education Blog, Best Travel Blog, Best County Blog and Kenyan Blog of the Year)
After the voting, a list of 18 bloggers will be announced winners on May 2nd 2015. The voting process will take two months.
Bake blog awards are done on a yearly basis and the awards are given to the most outstanding or emerging bloggers in Kenya. It should be noted that the selection of the top blogs is not based on their ranking or number of visitors they receive on a daily basis but quality of content it has.
Ghafla Kenya remains among the blogs in Kenya that have consistently been nominated for the bake blogger awards. On the other hand, top blogs in Kenya like Kenyan Daily post have consistently missed in this list.
