Oppo have followed up the F5 with a cheaper variant; the Oppo F5 Youth. The major differences between the devices lie in RAM, internal storage capacity and camera.
Here are the specifics.
OS and Processors
The Oppo F5 Youth runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) layered with Color OS 3.2. It is powered by an Octa-core 2.5Ghz Cortex-A53 processor based on the MediaTek MT6763T Helio P23 Chipset. Graphics are powered by a Mali-G71 MP2 GPU.
Display
The Oppo F5 has 6’’ LTPS IPS LCD FHD display with a resolution of 1080×2160 pixels (402 ppi).
RAM and Storage
The F5 Youth has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Storage capacity can be expanded via microSD of up to 256GB.
Camera
The primary camera is 13MP, f/2.2 with phase detection, LED flash, autofocus, HDR, face detection and panorama. It is capable of recording 1080p video at 30fps.
The secondary camera is 16MP.
Network and Connectivity
Communication to other devices is possible via Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, WiFi Direct. Hotspot. Bleutooth 4.2, A2DP, LE. GPS with A-GPS. microUSB 2.0 with USB OTG.

The Oppo F5 is powered a non-removable Li-Ion 3200mAh battery.
