Document required to register for birth notification.

The document that are required to apply for birth notification are only mothers’ ID card and the father’s ID card

Some hospitals require original ID while others can allow you to present a copy if you do not have the original

If you are under 18 years and you do not have an ID then you can present your Birth Certificate
