Change of course and college to TTC

Supposed I was enrolled in a TVET institution for a Technical course and I have decided to change my course to Education in a Teacher's Training college will I be recommended by KUCCPS?

I am not sure what you mean by recommendation because that is not what KUCCPS does.  If you were placed to do a course in a TVET institution and you want to transfer, then you have to make your application via KUCCPS portal when the transfer period is open.

If you decide to transfer without using KUCCPS then you will cease being a government sponsored student.
