To address institution details are missing problem then Go to my account on the HELB App, then click on Institution and then click on edit. If that does not work, you need to contact HELB.
Send an email to HELB Loan with your institution's details so that they can be updated in their system. HELB email: contactcentre@helb.co.ke
If you have sent an email and there is no response then visit Huduma Center (HELB Desk) to have the issue solved quickly.
