How do I get IMEI number of my lost phone using Safricom Line?

I lost my phone which i  purchased on Jumia and I need to know its IMEI number. Can i get it from Jumia or Safaricom

If you want to know the IMEI number of your mobile phone that was using Safaricom line, then  follow the procedure below;

• login https://selfcare.safaricom.co.ke/frontend/rest/v1/login
• After you have logged in, Click on Operations
• Then Phone
• Go to Block Phone' to view IMEI numbers of the last 5 devices your SIM Card was inserted in.

If you had not earlier registered on Safaricom Selfcare portal and you are getting this error “We are currently unable to register you on this platform.”, then unfortunately it is impossible to use the website as registration for new users is currently disabled.

Jumia on other hand does not store IMEI numbers of phones.
