Does helb offer loans to kmtc students

if one applied the courses through kuccps but then changed to pursue one of the kmtc courses ,if he\she applies for the loan will he be given

Yes, HELB offers loans to KMTC students under Afya Elimu Student Loans.

KUCCPS does not submit information to HELB, therefore you can apply for HELB loan in the institution you have been admitted to if you had not applied earlier.

If you change institution after applying for HELB Loan, you can contact HELB or visit Huduma Center (HELB Desk) to have you institution details updated.
