From a question I asked you people before you told me that the phone numbers you should use to apply for subsequent must be the same with the one contained in the helb database and incase you would want to change then you contact helb .I had called the helb number but I have never been able to communicate with them coz each time it tells me that agents are still serving other customers.I emailed them at contactcentre@helb.co.Ke and they told me that they cant change numbers just like that aty the number that In used to send the ussd code is the one notifications will be sent to and so far In have never received any.So am wondering, I have not gotten any assistance from them
