I need help rescheduling a missed ntsa smart DL appointment

I applied for the smart DL last year and my appointment was set for November. However, I missed that date and I am now in a position to continue with the process. Please help me know how to go about this, since I cannot find a way to reschedule the appointment in the NTSA portal.

Book for Huduma Center appointment and visit Huduma Center NTSA desk for Biometrics taking. They will not have any problem with you so long as you have an huduma appointment.
