Can i appeal for helb loan increment?

i have been receiving kshs 40,000 only per academic year which is not enough since my dad who was my school fees facilitator lost his job immediately after the corona pandemic hit our nation and finally i had to mult tasks by working on juakali sectors during my holidays including weekends. this is becaming so tough since it can not facilitate my school fees as well as my personal upkeep i therefore request for the appeal so that i can have smoothing running in my academic journey.

Any HELB loan beneficiary can apply for HELB loan increment when the appeal application window is open. However, you must have have enough evidence to prove why your loan allocation deserves to be increased.
