if i get the clearance certificate will i be able to apply loan in any bank

i have been listed to CRB. If i get clearance certificate will I able to apply for a loan inn any lending money and banks

A number of factors are considered before you are issued a bank loan. One of the factors being your credit score or rating. If you have a low credit score then you will not be issued a loan even if your have a crb clearance certificate.

Therefore, you need to  consult your bank about your credit score.
