If you want to change your biometrics or finger print taking center then visit NTSA TIMS portal, click apply for Smart DL. You will see a button indicated as "change booking information", click the button to change your Smart DL Collection point and booking time.
If after clicking the “change booking information" button you are getting an error, then the only option you have is to visit any NTSA office near you and ask them to make the amendments.
